Simple Summary: Riddle Keep is an offline-first experience. You own your expansions forever with a one-time purchase, and your progress stays on your device.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Riddle Keep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Ownership & License

Riddle Keep LLC is granting you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All game logic, designs, and content are the property of Riddle Keep LLC.

3. Offline-First & Data Responsibility

Riddle Keep is designed to be fully functional without an internet connection.

Local Storage: All game progress, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your physical device.
Data Loss: Because we do not store your data on our servers, we cannot recover progress or achievements if you delete the app or lose your device. We provide a "Progress Export" feature in Settings to help you manually backup your data.

4. In-App Purchases

The app offers one-time purchases to unlock additional games and expansions.

No Subscriptions: We do not charge recurring fees. Once a realm is unlocked, it remains unlocked for that platform account.
Restore Purchases: If you switch devices (within the same ecosystem, e.g., iOS to iOS), you can use the "Restore Purchases" button in the Magic Treasury section of Settings to regain access to your unlocked content.
Refunds: All financial transactions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please contact them directly for refund requests according to their respective policies.
Account Authority: By making an in-app purchase, you represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder's explicit consent to make the transaction.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. We do not collect, store, or share personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit the app's logic, or to use the app for any illegal purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for magical perfection, we do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riddle Keep LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as we expand the Keep. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
